Let’s make cauliflower korma:
Ingredients: 8-10 cauliflower flowers. 2 tablespoons of chopped onion. Ginger paste 1 teaspoon. Half a teaspoon of garlic paste. 1 teaspoon of chilli powder. Cashew nut paste 1 table-spoon. Tomato puree 1 tbsp. 2 tablespoons of sour yogurt. A few green peppers. Half a teaspoon of cumin powder. 1 bay leaf. 1 piece of cinnamon. 2 cloves and cardamom. A little sugar. Like salt to taste. 1 teaspoon of hot spice powder. Half a cup of oil.
Method: Heat oil in a pan and fry cauliflower with a little salt.
Now heat oil in this pan and add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves. Then add a little fried ginger and garlic paste with chopped onion and stir for a while more. Now shake with powdered chilli, cumin and salt and cover over low heat.
After a while, add almond paste, tomato puree and sugar and add sour curd. Now shake well with the fried cauliflower and cover it with a little water on low heat. After a while, when the broth is spread, spread the raw chilli and hot spice powder and take it down.
