Ingredients: 1 cup semolina, 2 cups milk, 2 tablespoons ghee, 2 tablespoons sugar.
For cider: 1 cup sugar, 1.5 cup water, 3 cardamoms.
Put milk in a pan over medium heat. When the milk thickens, it should be stirred with ghee, sugar and semolina. Stir the mixture continuously with the semolina until it becomes like yeast. Then you have to take it down. The mixture should be cooled and taken well in the moth, with ghee in hand, it should be given a round sweet shape.
In another pot, make cider with sugar, water and cardamom. If the veins become thick, the sweets should be given. Sweeten for 8-10 minutes. Leave it in the syrup for 30-40 minutes and serve it.
